We urge the state of Tennessee to work toward the promise of recovery and reintegration for those with mental health and addictive disorders in our state. We urge the state to provide adequate funding for mental health and substance abuse services, set sound policy for the provision of such services in our state and provide leadership in making our system a model for the country as we move forward to the future.
